Alter, modify, or discontinue any service advertised by us. The company shall bear no responsibility for reimbursing or covering any additional expenses or consequential losses incurred by the customer/group.

Solely the company, and no other entity, shall have the authority to amend, alter, or waive any representation, description, and Terms herein stated, or any other terms of use concerning services booked by the customer authorized by the company. Should the company opt to exercise its right to amend or modify any booking as advertised in its brochure or any other media after such reservations have been made, the customer shall have the option to:

Accept the booking as amended or modified.

Accept an alternative booking offered by the company. In neither case shall the Website be liable to the customer/group for any damages, losses, or additional expenses incurred by the customer/group.

FlyCheapestToday.com shall not be liable for:

Any accidents, deaths, personal injuries, illnesses, delays, higher expenses, or consequential damages due to misadventure or similar causes.

Failures of any air carrier, travel service provider, or any agent/employee of such providers responsible for providing any services to the customer/group. The term “howsoever caused” includes negligence on the part of any involved party.

The liability of FlyCheapestToday.com arising from any agreement made under these terms of use with respect to any travel arrangement shall not exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the booking, booking component, or excursion, and shall in no case include any consequential damages or additional expenses whatsoever.

The flight fares quoted on our Website and in company quotations are denominated in USD or its equivalent in foreign currency. FlyCheapestToday.com reserves the right to adjust these prices in response to currency fluctuations and/or changes in various exchange rates and/or fuel costs prior to departure, and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases must be paid in full as and when they arise.

FlyCheapestToday.com declares that it is the responsibility of the customer/group to ensure possession of all valid travel documents, such as passports and Visas, until the end of the booking. In the event that any travel-related document like a visa is refused, expired, or canceled by the authorities, the booking participant shall bear all consequences and expenses resulting therefrom.

The Ticket Cost displayed on our Website does not cover Insurance Premium costs. It is the responsibility of the customer/group to pay any such premiums.

All booking programs and elements are subject to laws, rules, and regulations. FlyCheapestToday.com shall have no liability for any circumstances arising from such laws, or due to acts of God.

In the event of a complaint regarding the booking, it must be submitted in writing to us within 21 days following the booking's conclusion. No claim or complaint of any nature will be entertained if made thereafter. Complaints must be submitted by the customer acting as the leader of the group.

FlyCheapestToday.com will not be liable for reimbursement, compensation, or claims for a reduction in booking days or for postponement, flight cancellation, or re-routing due to reasons such as fog. The policy regarding cancellation charges/refunds will apply.

Restrictions

If fraudulent activity, abuse, or any suspicious activity is detected associated with your account, we reserve the right to cancel any travel/service reservations linked to your name, email ID, or account, and may terminate any associated FlyCheapestToday.com accounts. We reserve the right to undertake legal action if necessary, and you may be required to pay a financial penalty to FlyCheapestToday.com, which could include litigation costs and damages. FlyCheapestToday.com Fees

In addition to the costs and fees of airlines and travel suppliers, FlyCheapestToday.com may charge a service fee. Please note that FlyCheapestToday.com fees are non-refundable and are charged on a per-person or per-ticket basis.

The service fees, additional fares collected, and other fees are in addition to any fees charged by airlines and other charges. You will only be required to pay the final quoted amount. Government-imposed taxes and fees are subject to change without prior notice, and you will be charged the final price as provided.

Most air tickets sold through FlyCheapestToday.com are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited only if our associated Travel Suppliers' fare rules allow for cancellation and refunds. The request must be acknowledged and approved by us, and you must not have been a "no show" for the flight, as most "no show" bookings are disqualified from receiving any waivers from suppliers for refund processing.

Special Services are available only upon request and are subject to each air carrier’s review and approval process.

Service fees charges are subject to change without notice. YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR PAYING THE LAST TOTAL PRICE QUOTED, REGARDLESS OF ANY CHANGES OR CHANGES IN SERVICE FEES. Always check the final price carefully.
